The village has a lovely dog friendly pub, an excellent local shop and butchers all within a 5 minute walk of the cottage. The village is located in the Wensum Valley, a well renowned beautiful chalk stream. The cottage has easy access to Norwich, 14 miles and is 35 minutes from the North Norfolk coast. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
