Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. Welcome to Little Dial, privately set behind a former village pub in a rural community. Little dial is a converted stable block off of the main house now offering an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. You will benefit from the use of a private patio from the bedroom with views of the garden. Due to the nature of the property Little Dial is not a good fit for infants or children. Please note, there are two small steps down to the bedroom and two steps down to the patio.

Well-behaved pets are welcome but they must not be left alone in the apartment. Located in the centre of Norfolk, less than 3 miles from shops in Dereham, but tucked away on a quiet lane, Harry's Place is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk.

Annex B is a spacious and quiet apartment that backs onto a patio and wider garden. Mostly arranged over the ground floor with wood floor and level access facilities, Annex B is ideal for guests seeking easy mobility. Additionally there are 2 single beds on a mezzanine floor plus a large sofa bed in the lounge area. AC keeps temperature just right, and an extensive fully equipped kitchen area means you can self-cater without problem. Free WiFi and smart TV. Linen/towels provided.
