There's a queen bed, small comfortable lounge with A.C, modern bathroom & kitchenette with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave & air fryer. We are a non-smoking property.

A separate studio style unit with direct access to the beach . We allow small dogs under 10kgs. Tea, coffee, sugar no milk as everyone likes something different. And we have Wifi. Mountain bike tracks close by and a General Store takeaway - Chemist etc just around the corner. A short bike ride will take you to 2 Restaurants on the water and a beautiful lake. Kite surfing or a 15 minute drive to Hervey Bay , tours to Fraser Island and whale watching. Or sunset drinks on the beach.
