The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.

Situated across from "the racecourse" in Northampton our place is both central and tranquil. Its just a short walk away from a good choice of pubs and restaurants and 3/4 mile from the city centre. The apartment is seperate from the main town house with its own entrance, and very private. There is a fridge and microwave with coffee and tea making facilities and also has a working fireplace.
