Cosy converted Artist's Studio (self-contained)

A cosy artist's studio on the edge of the Old Town area of Eastbourne below the South Downs, 2 miles from the sea. The studio has its own entrance, ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet) There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle opening on to a tiny patio. It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

Giddy Cottage

Giddy Cottage is a single storey cottage, with single a step in the hallway and to the living room. It sleeps four, with one double room and one twin room. There is a bath and an overhead shower along with a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. The living room features a smart TV and French doors leading out onto the terrace and garden. Dogs are welcome and they will receive a welcome basket, there is a surcharge of £45 per pet. Ample parking is available with the car park close by.

At the start of a private country track with free parking and with Polegate Station and trains to London in less than 90 minutes, just a short taxi ride away.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Garden Lodge, surrounded by garden and countryside

Garden Lodge is situated just off the South Downs Way on the edge of Alfriston village. Sited in the back garden of the main house there is access to a private patio area and to the garden. There is farm land bordering the property with views to the Downs. Numerous pubs, hotels and shops are just five minutes walk away in the village centre. It is very dark here at night so if you are not accustomed to it, think about bringing a torch.
