Hello :-) I'm renting a wonderful 1 room appartement in the heart of Rellingen out. (in the northwest city boundary of Hamburg) The appartment is build up on 42m², is located on the first upper floor and has a big south balcony. One can reach everything one need withing walking distance. Several supermarkets, backeries, post offices, drugstores/pharmacies, medical practitioners, banks, restaurants, etc. There is also a parking lot straight in front of the building for you to use. You need simply 30 minutes to get to the centre of Hamburg by car. By using public transport you'll need around 40 to get to the central station. The bus stop is only several steps away from the appartement. Information about the appartement: light kitchen with dining table for 2 and functional facilities for cooking including a coffe machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and much more. The livingroom as well as the livingroom offer accommodations for up to 3 people. A 90x200cm and 160x200cm is available. The room also offers a dining table for 4 people and a TV. Mitten im Grünen: Unser Ferien- & Holzhaus umgeben vom kleinen Ponyhof. Das beste aus beiden Welten, nah an der Stadt Hamburg & Norderstedt und trotzdem im Grünen mitten auf der Wiese und von Pferden umgeben. Mit Blick auf die Wiesen und den Reitstall lädt der Garten zum Entspannen ein, der Grill ruft nach Barbecue und die Feuerstelle sorgt für gemütliche Abende. Das Holzhaus ist ziemlich flexibel nutzbar und es gibt noch 2 zusätzliche Schlafplätze (zb. für ältere Kinder) im Alkoven oben.

The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. Zugang für Gäste Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Terrasse. Gästen steht ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang der Wohnung zur Verfügung

Herzlich Willkommen in meinem Studio mit separatem Eingang. Es erwartet euch eine gut ausgestattete Pantryküche mit einem Essplatz für 2 Personen. Vom Boxspring Bett habt ihr den Blick in den Garten. Das Duschbad ist neu renoviert. Ihr erreicht fußläufig die Bus Stationen in der Frohmestrasse . Dort sind auch alle Geschäfte, Post und Restaurants. Die Abfahrt der A 7 , Schnelsen , ist um die Ecke. The charming 1977 AirStream oldtimer parks in a corner of our property. It is connected to main power and water, to offer the comfort of a normal appartement while having the feeling of living in the middle of nature. With it's 22 squaremeters there is enough room for two guests. A terasse surrounded by bushes and trees offers an additional private space outside.
