Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze stijlvolle guesthouse (Bellezelles genaamd), gelegen in het landelijke dorpje Ellezelles. Perfecte uitvalsbasis in Pays Des Collines en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars en fietsers. Het huisje en zwembad bevinden zich in onze tuin, met zicht op de heuvels en onze boerderijdieren. Het zwembad is verwarmd tijdens het seizoen (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden van mei/juni tot september). Buiten het seizoen is het zwembad toegankelijk voor de ijsberen!

Aan het stadspark, in het centrum, bouwden we een energie-neutrale, gelijkvloerse woning, met veilige fietsenberging, patio, tuintje en privé parkeerplaats. Ventilatie: systeem D Ruime living en 2 slaapkamers met flexibele indeling (1- of 2-pers-bedden). Slaapsofa in living voor 2 pers. Verken de Vlaamse Ardennen, met zijn Ronde Van Vlaanderen-hellingen en uitgestrekt wandelnetwerk. Station op 600 m: trein naar Gent (30 min), Brussel (60 min), Brugge (60 min). Bienvenue dans ce confortable gîte " All-in" de 165 m² situé en pleine nature à la campagne du pays des collines avec une déco originale aux couleurs tropicales. Jardin reposant privatif agréable pour vos réunions de famille. Barbecue et piste de pétanque, billard, babyfoot. 2 salons studio, 2 chambres doubles, 2 lits bébés, 2 cuisines, 3 terrasses avec mobilier extérieur, une salle de douche, 3 toilettes, une salle de bain. Profitez de la nature qui règne autour de notre petit coin de paradis, situé à quelques pas du village d' Horrues... Visitez le parc Pairi Daiza tout proche (18min), sillonnez notre belle campagne à pied ou à vélo, admirez les châteaux des villages avoisinants. Et, amis de la nature, n'hésitez pas à scruter l'horizon, vous pourriez observer de beaux oiseaux!

Petite Maison privée sur 2 étages, le Rez de chaussée est composé d’ une grande pièce ouverte avec coin cuisine (entièrement équipée) coin salle à manger et coin salon. L’étage est également une grande pièce avec coin salle de bains, dressing et lit de 2 personnes (180 x 200) et une toilette avec porte battante. La maison est située dans une propriété sécurisée, avec parking, un petit jardin privé à l'avant de la maison. Le village est calme à proximité de Tournai, Courtrai et Lille.

A cocoon in the countryside .... You will appreciate the authentic charm of this 19th century farmhouse. In the dining room an antique bar invites you to taste one or another regional beer. A nice well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a comfortable bed, all incites you to stay in this cocoon but do not miss the beautiful walks and the many historical places of the surroundings.The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, the toilet is on the ground floor.

Au bout d'un sentier privatif, venez découvrir "La cabane du cerf". Entièrement construite par nos soins, cette belle auto-construction en ossature bois (avec son sauna) vous invite à la détente. La cabane du cerf, tout confort et aménagée avec charme, est isolée dans un environnement naturel et calme. Le cottage est éloigné à l'arrière de notre propriété sans aucun vis-à-vis, parfait pour profiter de sa grande terrasse et de son jardin.

The studio is located in the Pays des Collines region and very close to the Pairy Daiza park. The accommodation is completely independent of our home, very quiet. On the ground floor: a 16m² bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Upstairs: 35 m² with a bedroom area, a lounge area, (fridge, microwave, Nespresso, sink, dishes.) TV and internet. Bed linen and towels available. Eco-friendly air conditioning is powered by a heat pump.
