Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

We hope Guests will enjoy the use of our house on beautiful Hayling Island. Our home is newly modified to allow separate private accommodation all on ground floor for easy access. 'Millefleurs' is located in the middle of the island so all the wonderful things the Island has to offer are but a short walk, drive or cycle. Come and enjoy the fresh air, seascape, relax, water sports. You can expect a warm welcome from Philip or Claudi who will be on hand during your stay should you need them.

A stylish base from which to explore the beautiful coastline and countryside of this part of West Sussex. With a cosy living room with log burning stove, modern, fully equiped kitchen, double bedroom with a sumptuously comfortable king size bed and luxurious shower room, this really is a home away from home. Outside is a pretty, private courtyard garden.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The perfect place for a short trip away. The Beehive is a quiet self contained double room with ensuite shower room, parking and separate guest entrance. Space to make drinks with a super quiet mini fridge/ nespresso machine/toaster and breakfast provided in the room. An ideal base for exploring the South Downs, Chichester & Portsmouth area. In a beautiful hamlet between Emsworth and Chichester, The Gardeners is a short drive away from Bosham Harbour, Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs. You won’t struggle to find something to do, but if all you want to do is sit back & relax - it is perfect for that too.
