Welcome to your dream villa, built right beneath a cliffside! This residence features 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. It is situated on a ~1.5-acre plot (~6,000 sq.m.) filled with pine and olive trees, leading down to a secluded beach via a flight of stairs. All the house area offers panoramic sea views.
