The Hayloft at Bainton - 2 bedroom cottage.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Two miles from Malton, this little gem is a great base to explore the beautiful local area a short drive from the historic city of York and the coast.

This delightful cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for those looking to explore both the East Coast and the rolling hills of the Wolds. Sleeping up to 5 adults in 3 bedrooms this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, underfloor heating, log burner. Patio looking over the fields and a garden shed for bike storage. Bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. There is a pub serving food in the village and a farm shop and cafe at Sledmere house which is a 5 min walk away.

Large drive space for multiple vehicles. Excellent walks from the door and cycle ways. Sledmere stately home is about 6 minutes drive.

Unwind in our stunning 2 bed barn conversion with its high beamed ceilings and bright and airy open plan living space, all fitted out to a high standard. The property is situated on our working farm in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, 2 miles from Malton. A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York. There are lots of local village pubs within 2.5 miles of us where you can go for a drink or meal or even visit the food capital of Malton.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

York Poetree House, tiny treehouse home for one

Reconnect and wake up into nature at this unforgettable escape. Secluded treehouse with everything you need to soothe and inspire. Self cater, arrange meals provided by your host (a professional chef), or try one of the many eateries in town. Shops nearby. Your own private bathroom is situated a few yards away in the main house. Snug living and dinning area with warm log effect stove, original exposed beams and all the facilities. Easy access to York, North York Moors, National Park and coast. A short drive from many wonderful attractions and activities. We are unable to take short breaks in July and August .

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. Please note this property is located on a NO SMOKING premises
