The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.
