Incredible 3 bedroom River Paradise! Amazing three bedroom, 2500 sq. ft home with a wrap- around deck overlooking the river with breathtaking views. The home is stunning with an enormous living room and bedroom suite. Nestled in the woods on 7 acres, you will feel as if you are in a tree house! There is a bridge and trails that lead down to the river. There is also a gazebo and fire area on site. Airbnb no longer allows hosts to allow parties or large gatherings of more than 16 people.

Our cozy cottage sits in the woods on our 9‑acre property, overlooking a small pond and offering a peaceful escape from busy city life. Over the Moon Farm, Relaxing with the Horses

Enjoy the picturesque view at Over the Moon Farm, a bustling horse farm situated in the middle of 30 acres in Covington, LA north of New Orleans. A short drive from the farm will take you to Abita Springs, a quaint town with restaurants and the Abita Brewery, Old Covington filled with local shops and restaurants and several horse facilities nearby. Spend the day touring in New Orleans and unwind in the evenings relaxing on one of two porches overlooking horses grazing in the pasture.

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

The Suite at Fern Cottage in the Wood

Located 7 miles north of Covington or 7 miles to Folsom, the Suite is a private apartment attached to the main house with its own patio and entrance. It is a vaping & smoke free zone for 2 adults only with no pets allowed. The driveway and parking areas are security camera monitored ensuring a safe stay and owners live on the premises. High speed fiber internet handles work and all your devices easily. We’d enjoy hosting your stay!
