Groups of friends are welcome, but please note the bedrooms are small, designed primarily for resting after a day of exploring. Over 150 years old, this is a colonial / Sri Lankan style bungalow. We have kept the original features of the Villa while adding modern bathrooms for the modern traveler. Consists of 4 bedrooms, 3with en-suite bathrooms, All rooms have AC & Fans. Private POOL & pavilion for guests only. Also a Visitors bathroom, 2 outside showers. It has a front veranda, living room, dining area, rear veranda and the kitchen, geared for self catering with cooker with oven, big freezer, 2 more fridge freezers.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
