Close to public transport such as bus and train if you want to go further out to the concert halls (15min to destination) or Copenhagen (40min to destination) (15 min walking distance to Triangeln station). The apartment also has a shop (Mido Quality) which is open 24/7 which is 50m away and has everything you need.

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Det är 5 minuter gångavstånd till tågstationen Östervärn och endast 40 meter ifrån busshållplats till Malmö central. Boendet har egen ingång vilket ger er möjlighet att komma och gå som ni önskar. Fullutrustat kök och tvättmöjligheter. Resesäng för spädbarn finns.

På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

Fin, ljus och stor lägenhet mitt i centrala Malmö. Inom gångavstånd från centralstationen, centrum, stranden och många sevärdheter. Det finns flera restauranger, barer, affärer, och gröna områden i området. Det är bra förbindelser mellan lägenheten och Kastrup flygplats. Ett utmärkt läge! Parkering i huset finns!

Very central location with only 2 min walk to public transport, bike rental etc. The apartment was renovated a few months ago, it has a new kitchen and bathroom.
