Doté de toutes commodités modernes, vous bénéficierez de vastes chambres, cuisine et salles de bain toutes équipées. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse, de la piscine chauffée avec jacuzzi (de mai à novembre)et du sauna. Une pure bulle de bonheur pour un événement ou des vacances au son des cigales.

We welcome you with simplicity in our large house (150m²) facing south. You will find calm there. Only you will have access to the swimming pool which will recharge your batteries after days of visiting our beautiful region. 20 minutes from Uzés, 40 minutes from Avignon and Nîmes, you will discover the Cèze valley, the Ardèche valley and many other gems!

Ground floor: spacious dining room with fully fitted large kitchen and access to terrace, equipped with BBQ. Le Mas de l'Arboras

Ancien prieuré fraichement rénové, le mas est entouré de 2 hectares de parc et vignes. Des arbres bicentenaires , une noria , une pinède et un verger sauront vous charmer . Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, venir en famille ou entre amis ou bien pour un séminaire. Notre famille vit sur la propriété ( Notre maison se situe à l'extrémité nord du bâtiment ) les locataires vivent à l extrémité sud du bâtiment . De ce fait , les fêtes et la musique (forte) sont interdites .

Maison Atypique au Cœur du Village

La maison est construite dans l'ancien rempart. C'est un vrai cocon en plein cœur du village. Ses différents niveaux offrent une pleine intimité à ses hôtes. Au dernier étage, la vue sur les toits et le bassin chauffé sont le spot idéal pour un apéritif entre amis. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour découvrir le village. La cuisine donne sur des ruelles pavées. On adore déambuler et tomber sur les belles boutiques, la fromagère, les petits bars et bons restaurants !

Entière dépendance façon loft : cuisine équipée, canapé convertible deux places, coin nuit avec lit double. Accès à la piscine, au jardin privatif sur terrasse sans vis-à-vis. À 2 min d’Intermarché (boulangerie, pharmacie), centre-ville à 10 min en voiture (bus ok). Rivière et mer à 30 min, gare à 10 min. Ambiance cosy et intimiste, parfaite pour un séjour détente ou une escapade romantique. Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avec réactivité et discrétion !
