Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

This apartment is in the outskirt of Alfama, is a short walk from one of the most typical neighborhoods of Lisbon’s city center. Walk trough the narrow streets and alleys where the linen and shirts hang from the windows to dry and enter in a typical bar or restaurant to eat or just to drink a glass of wine and listen to Fado. In a short distance walk from the main belvederes (Santa Luzia, Graça and Senhora do Monte) and Museums (Water, Military, tyle...) you must go on a ride on the 28 tram (nearest stop 300m away in the Graça Square. By night you are just 500m away from the Ferroviário Bar and, later on, 800m from Lux Disco. If you have the time spare a day to go to Cascais (30km) and Sintra (35km). We welcome you to Lisbon and, if you need, spare some time with you on your arrival with a short briefing of what and where to go. We wish you a nice staying in our apartment. And if you need we can give you some hints of what to do and see while in Lisbon Head for the nearby metro, and the 28 Tram stop, to reach almost any point in the city in minutes. Walk to the Graça belvedere to take in one of the best views of Lisbon, while closer still are traditional Fado venues, as well as the Ferroviário Bar. The Train Station/Subway Station/Bus Station of Santa Apolónia is just a 11min walk away (750m). If you come by aeroplane, the Lisbon Airport is just a 10min taxi ride, around 12Eur. There is a late check in fee of 25Eur and refers to check-in after 8p.m. For check-in after 11p.m. the fee is 40Eur
