Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located flat. This is a 1st floor, cozy flat including a fully equipped kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom as well as in unit laundry. Off Street parking with easy access to your flat. It is located two streets in from the Niagara river between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Enjoy the gardens, a nice fire at the fire pit, with full access to our patios, the bike trails, great dining in walking distance. Come to relax and escape for a while!

The small living room has couch / flat screen and is next to private work area. 2 generous size bedrooms the larger has a king size bed. Washer & dryer access in basement.
