Lovely room in a quiet area very near the Norfolk show ground. Very welcoming host and a drop off and pick up service to the show ground £5 can be arranged. Comes with a private lounge and just across the hall a shower and separate bath, there's also an extra bedroom available for £25 pn for friends. Use of the kitchen is welcome. There is sky TV in the room mini fridge and free WiFi. There is plenty of free parking and a bus service into Norwich only 2 minutes walk away. A small dog stays too.

North Manor Farmhouse is a magnificent 15th century traditional Suffolk Farmhouse dating from 1402. From here you can explore both the coast and the countryside. Nearby on the coast is the RSPB's Minsmere Reserve adjacent to National Trust clifftop land. For beach lovers the seaside town of Southwold is well worth a visit. Other coastal towns and villages include Walberswick, Dunwich, and Aldeburgh. The nearest train station is a couple of miles away, at Halesworth. English Breakfast included.

A buffet breakfast is provided in the room which benefits from a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.

Just 10mins drive from Norwich city centre. This ground floor bedroom has private access and together with the bathroom is separated by a partition to the rest of the house. Deck with easy armchairs to catch the evening sun or to stargaze. No street lights, there is very little light pollution. An EV charge point is available subject to additional cost. Wifi is not available in this room, but can be picked up around the Farm.

Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.

The house is old so some floors are un even and there are quite a lot of steps..There is no TV in the room but there is WiFi. Tea and coffee facilities are provided.
