Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. The first floor accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with bathroom with shower over the bath and a fully fitted kitchen. The accommodation is accessed via a front door leading to the utility room which leads to a hall way with access to the first floor and old pub bar area. There are numerous takeaways within Hartley New Ash Green and Longfield most of which do deliveries
