We affectionately call it Frog Stomp because our neighbors have a pond and during the summer there are hundreds of baby tadpoles that are make their way around the guesthouse. So if you are scared of little tiny frogs, this is not the place for you.🐸Frog Stomp is 1BR 1BA. It has a kitchen with fridge, stove, and kurieg coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower. Direct access to the river allows you to head north and explore deep into Bankhead Forrest or head south to Smith Lake. Backed up to a rock bluff with a natural spring, there is a seating area with a firepit that provides a serene escape to nature or use the deck for cooking and river views. It's designed to allow you to fully experience nature, while also having comforts of home!

Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

Update as of 04/2026: While I do accept pets, moving forward we can only house hypoallergenic dogs. Due to allergies, extreme shedding and cats destroying the furniture, we have decided to scale back on the dogs we allow.
