A perfect getaway for couples and businesspeople coming to Central Texas for fun or work. We built this guest studio as a quiet retreat from the main residence, a free-standing structure set back from the street with separate walkway and two dedicated parking spaces. This 864 sq. ft. space with 512 sq. ft. covered porch backs up to a 10-acre green belt. The metal paneled exterior belies the modern farmhouse interior. We are favorably located between the Texas Hill Country and Austin, Texas.

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Let our private suite be your home away from home for your next Austin trip! Located 12 miles south of downtown, we are close enough to enjoy the luxuries of the city as well as the relaxation that our country setting offers. Our suite is above our garage and sits amongst the treetops of a large Live Oak. We are located on a wet creek which is frequented by deer, ducks and Great Blue Herons to name a few. Aside from the peaceful setting we offer, our suite is private and spacious.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

The tiny house is located in far South Austin. The location is ideal for those that want to be out of the busy city yet still a 15 min drive to downtown. We have a spacious 8 acre property. The tiny home is ideal for solo adventurers, business travelers or a couple of friends. This is a true tiny home and can only accommodate a total of two travelers for the duration of the stay. We have chickens on the property and have FREE farm fresh eggs available Daily for guests!

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.
