Gelegen in het historische centrum aan de hippe Sint Paulusplaats, op een steenworp van de Scheldekaaien en Grote Markt, het MAS en de winkelstraten op wandelafstand. Uw bevindt zich op de 3e verdieping en deze is bereikbaar via een originele trap uit 1802.

Dit is een prachtig gerenoveerde studio op de eerste verdieping. De ruimte is gezellig ingericht. De studio bestaat uit een openkeuken, dubbel stapelbed, salon, terras en afgescheiden badkamer met regendouche. Ideaal voor 2 à 4 personen. De zetel kan worden omgevormd tot een slaapbank. Aparte ingang met cijfercode. Het terras biedt een mooi uitzicht op de tuin van de eigenaars die het huis ernaast wonen. Na 22u is de jacuzzi verboden. Parkeren is gratis rond het gebouw. Privé parkeerplaats is te huur. De tram stopt voor de deur en brengt je op 6 min naar station Centraal. De ideale locatie om Antwerpen te bezoeken. Het Sportpaleis, Trix, Bosuil, ligt allemaal op wandelafstand. Ontbijt is mogelijk.

Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is.
