There is a bedroom with king size bed, lounge, kitchen and shower room. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. Walking distance (under 10 mins) from McCanns Brewery & Taproom, with decking area and beautiful views of the surrounding by Hop Gardens.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this cosy country cottage. Perfect for guests that want to relax in the Kent countryside but have the convenience of being only 7 miles from Ashford. We are on the outskirts of Bethersden village which has 2 pubs, village shop/post office and an Artisan Butcher. There is plenty to do in the area villages, vineyards and only 20 miles from the fantastic beach at Camber Sands. Rye and Tenterden are close by and definitely worth a visit. Grand bubble sleeps 4 people who can enjoy the ultimate view of nature. You can fall asleep with the stars and wake up to the rising sun. This bubble has the wow factor and includes your own hot tub, BBQ, a shower, a flushing toilet, outdoor chess set and a golf buggy. The bubble is very secluded set at a bottom of a 12 acre field off a woodland. Out side of the bubble is a very large outdoor gazebo with comfy seating and a large gas bbq so even if it rains you can still bbq comfortably.

Private parking & outdoor area set behind a fence within the main residence on 2 acres of land Currently no chickens due to fox attacks!

The barn is in the grounds of our 15th century house but nicely private. It’s decorated in modern rustic style, with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.

This is a cosy end terrace cottage which sleeps 3, situated in St.Michaels with shops and pubs on the doorstep. The cottage has off road parking and an enclosed garden to the rear. Downstairs there is a lounge with log burning stove and kitchen. Upstairs the main bedroom has a king-size double bed with attractive views to the front of the property. The second bedroom is a cosy single. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, washbasin and toilet. Cottage has WIFI.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.
