4 bedroom spacious house. The house is in a great location. 10 minutes walk to the town centre. 5 minutes walk to the canal. 10 minutes walk along the canal to Tesco and Macdonalds. There are beautiful walks along the canal. Walk into Rugeley centre get to the main island where Burger king is then walk into the field opposite continue waking will eventually get into birches valley Cannock chase. 10 minutes walk to the train. Close to both Burton Town Centre (15 minute drive) and Lichfield City Centre (20-25 minute drive). Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.
