The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

The historic market town of Beverley is just 20 minutes by car, York is 30 minutes, this cosy annexe for 2 comes equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing country break. NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

Cherry Haven is a two bedoomed barn conversion. It has a living room, kitchen diner, downstairs toilet, downstairs double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Upstairs comprises of mezzanine deck with chairs to relax in and desk for study, twin beds or super king bedroom and ensuite bethrom. There is a small outside patio space with chairs and table. it is a rural location with views over the fields.
