Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

Weaver’s Den has a combined kitchen & living area leading out to an enclosed and private dog friendly garden with views. You will have a king sized bed, linens, towels, shower room, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, WI-FI, sofa, dining table & chairs, as well as outdoor furniture. We also provide you with breakfast items such as tea, coffee, bread, milk, eggs and condiments. There are also a few surprises! We also supply two dog bowls. The lounge / dining area has the original stone fireplace with a wood burner. Original stone flooring and a juliet balcony overlooking the River Holme below. Two bedrooms both en-suite. A king bedroom and an adult size bunk bedroom. (Our secluded garden is slightly separate, to the side of the house. It’s a 10 second walk to the side gated entrance)

The one-bedroom apartment is located in a self-contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.

Gorgeous 17C cottage, dog friendly!

My house is an exquisite 17thC cottage in a gorgeous quiet private hamlet of five houses overlooking the Holme Valley. Perfect for relaxing, the house booking is for a maximum four adults, it is not suitable for small or (unruly!) children. The house is my home. It has recently been completely revamped with underfloor heating and wood burner in the lounge. Well behaved dogs can stay downstairs. There is off street parking for up to three cars.
