Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Gatwick airport is 20 min train ride .London Victoria is 1 hour 10 by train. Horsham is a picturesque town with lots to do. It has a farmers market, plenty of shops and restaurants.

The area is fully fenced around the Bothy for your dog’s safety should you wish to bring your four legged friend.
