My place is close to Stratford upon avon, Oxford, Silverstone, Blenheim Palace and outlet shopping at Bicester village. Close to the beautiful Cotswold villages including Stow on the Wold, and Burford. Easy access to London and Birmingham. Walk the footpaths and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet found in this valley surrounded by scenic Warwickshire landscapes. My place is good for tourists and business travellers, in fact for everyone!

A 17th century thatched countryside retreat.

You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is NO shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.
