The newly fitted kitchen has sink, microwave, hob, and fridge/freezer. Also a sofabed. National Trust houses, historic Mayfield, village walks and the South Downs nearby. Small dogs welcome. The cottage overlooks the cutting gardens. A Private seating areas & wifi good for a working retreat!

Beautiful 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with great views situated 2 miles from the centre of Henfield village. 5 minute walk from the Downs Link so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Spacious rooms, ample parking and a warm welcome. I do have dogs and am unfortunately not able to accept visitor's pets. The driveway of this mainly arable working farm is a bit bumpy in places & liable to be muddy. Breakfast is included with cream teas and dinner also available by prior booking.

The property sits at the end of a quiet country lane in Barnham village surrounded by fields of grazing horses, and is an ideal location to stay and relax. A stay at the `Chicken Shed` is sure to be a peaceful and relaxing time.
