Stay at Fell cottage on the golden circle. Close by are some of Iceland's most amazing places to visit like waterfall Faxi and Gullfoss, Geysir, Langjökull glacier, Brúarhlöð and many others. The cottage stands alone on a beautiful sightseeing platform with views of Tungufljót river and mountains all around. With stunning cliffs around back. Your visit to Iceland will be a brease with this house as basecamp. This unike propety is clouse to evrything on the south coust . The "Old house" is in the center of evrything on Southwest part of Iceland. You have Geysir and Gullfoss about 40min away, the Seacret lagoon 10min, Laugarás lagoon is 20min and Friðheimar 35min away. The national park Þingvellir is about 45min from us. Mt.Hekla is in plain sight and the river Hvítá, glaiserriver from the waterfall Gullfoss runs by the house.

River House - Nátthagi

We welcome you to our river house with great view to the White River (Hvítá). The house is very spacious for your large family or a group of friends. It is close to several tourist attractions; Gullfoss, Geysir and Skálholt so you can easily use our place as your base and visit the area to come back in the afternoon and relax in our very spacious hot tub (10 persons) or light a fire in the fire place and look out to the river. Chicken coop on the premises and you can collect the eggs.

Perfect stay for exploring south Iceland and enjoy nature and the northern lights in winter. Beautiful cabin by the river Hvítá in a prime location in the Golden Circle. Our newly renovated cottage is in the centre of the golden circle overlooking the Tungufljót river. There are spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers from the house. The house is a perfect base from which to explore the fantastic sights the golden circle and the surrounding area has to offer. All the main attractions such as Geysir (less than 10 mins drive), Gullfoss (under 20 min) and Thingvellir (about 40 min) are easy to get to from the cottage.
