Welcome to The Snug, our beautiful escape in Bombay Sapphire territory, on the banks of the River Test. Extended to include front door access from London St. Your suite incorporates an open plan lounge and kitchenette, wifi tv, breakfast bar, fridge, combination oven / microwave, washing machine etc through to a separate shower room and large comfy bedroom c/w luxurious cast iron bath. BTW, stunning beaches are from only a short drive away...

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

The Old Stables, Derrydown Farm

A spacious cottage - two bedroom, three bathroom - converted from old stables - part of a 15th century traditional Hampshire farmstead in a tranquil edge-of-village setting in the iconic Bourne Valley. Two local pubs and village shop plus historic 12th century church within a 10 minute walk along flat footpaths. One guest described St Mary Bourne as a "Miss Marple village". Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.

Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
