The Garden Cottage

This is a charming flint cottage in a gorgeous rural setting. This period detached property offers relaxed, comfortable accommodation with unique character. Perfect for weekend getways or working trips. The property is situated with the grounds of a larger house backing onto meadows with sheep grazing and uninterrupted views of Suffolk countryside. The main living area is open plan with a lovely modern kitchen with table and chairs for eating at. A large leather sofa for relaxing and unwinding looking out onto your own private courtyard. In the bedroom a sumptuous king size bed to snuggle into at night and a delightfully quirky en-suite bathroom await you. In the morning enjoy a breakfast of delicious eggs laid by my chickens as I will leave breakfast essentials for you.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Exposed original beams. 2 rooms plus ensuite shower/loo. Please specify super kingsize OR twin beds when booking. Situated in a quiet village with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge, Norwich and coast. Friendly hosts, chickens, dog and cats on property and fresh eggs supplied. Swallow barn is a writer’s paradise!

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Wonderful 4-bed 1850s Suffolk cottage

Situated in Suffolk between Bury St Edmunds and Thetford, The Mill B&B is a home away from home for travelling professionals, nature lovers and outdoor sports nuts. We are ideally located for access to Lavenham, Snetterton and Euston Hall, as well as the Peddars' and Icknield Ways. The Mill dates from around 1850 and is an extension of our home. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too!

Holm Oak, Lackford Lakes Barns

Holm Oak Barn has all the character of a historic building and comfort of a modern barn conversion. The open plan living area is very spacious and has a wood burning stove. The picture windows have views across the surrounding nature reserve. The barn is wheelchair accessible. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms one of which suitable for wheel chair users. Private patio area, garden furniture, parking, use of shared landscaped gardens, games room and laundry room.

The Hide is one of Suffolk's hidden gems. A clean, beautiful and relaxing space. We've created an open-plan cabin which is located on the edge of King's Forest with direct access to an abundance of nature, walks, cycle tracks and beautiful views. Relax and unwind on the raised deck of an evening as the sun sets over the forest in front of you, watching deer emerge from the forest and owls flying overhead. We are able to provide celebration packages upon request.
