The Gite is a large, converted walnut drying barn and dates back at least 150 years. An impressive space for social living, ideal for families; enclosed garden with its pool (shared) offers a safe space for children to play. There are two other gites on site but all have private terraces offering views across the valley with fields of sunflowers and vines. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.
