Spacious (80 sq.m.) and unique apartment with a ~35 sq.m. terrace, offering a panoramic view of the city of Kaunas. You will reside on the top floor, with no neighbors around. The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Hi The apartment is in the middle of main Kaunas street. Excellent place to live, almost all tourist attractions, theaters, universities, old town is just in walking distance. Also it's really quiet at night. The apartment is fully equipped, in the kitchen there is everything you need, also dishwasher, coffee machine. The entrance to the apartment is safe. There are two bedrooms with double beds and sofa in the living room, that converts into comfortable double bed.

There are total three lake front Cabins in our area. Pond Cabin is located 15meters from pond and 50 meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm. We also offer jacuzzi hot tub 100€ and sauna for 120€ Nearest shop is 2km away.
