Books and games, yes of course! You’ll have your own locked entrance but we are nearby so if you are missing any basics, we are happy to help! Only minutes off the highway in a quiet, new neighborhood!

We offer an open concept 1 bedroom basement suite in a modern build with 9' ceilings, SS appliances, in suite laundry, large bedroom with king sized bed, pull out couch that sleeps 1 or 2 and an office space. This location showcases the beautiful Kamloops hills with many walking trails right behind our home. 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
