There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . For singles/couples looking for a semi rural one-bedroom cottage to escape to, with excellent motorway links, also popular with professionals seeking an alternative to a hotel room. The cottage was a stable back in the day when the house was named Horsley Cottage in the 1800's. The homestay includes a log burner, underfloor heating, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine & bathroom. There is a dining table which could be used as a workspace, lounge & first floor bedroom. Dogs welcome.

Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.
