We’ve converted our home office and ex-teenage den into an airy, spacious studio (48sqm) providing contemporary living, sleeping and even working space in a self-contained outbuilding in the garden of our cottage. A peaceful rural location overlooking the market town of Framlingham, the Office is a 15 minute walk (3 mins drive) into the town, with its castle, church, pubs, cafes, boutiques and twice weekly market. It is an ideal base for visiting Framlingham and the Suffolk coast 25mins away.

Ideal base for groups of up to four and dogs. Enjoy plenty of footpaths on the doorstep, then back to the warm and cosy wood burner. Only 2 minutes walk to local pub - great for delicious food & local beers.
