Our country cottage has been completely renovated into a beautiful and stylish home. It is situated in an idyllic setting overlooking a stream in the North Yorkshire countryside, 4 miles from the small market town of Malton. This is an extremely peaceful place, entirely surrounded by fields. The cottage is semi-detached with a quiet neighbour. The cottage accommodates 4 adults, a child and a baby, in 3 upstairs bedrooms: 1 (king) double, 1 with two singles, 1 with smaller bed and travel cot.

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

"The Sty" offers a cosy, but spacious barn with original beams, underfloor heating, a 3 seater hot tub and countryside views. Special touches make your stay a little different to elsewhere...a king size bed with luxurious bedding, robes and slippers, Netflix and Nespresso, the option to have a bath and shower to name a few. Following a day seeing the sites of York, a daytrip for some sea air, or exploring our beautiful towns and countryside, guests will look forward to retreating to the Sty.

The Garden Room

Two renovated old buildings have been converted into a quiet, one bedroom, self contained Garden room. In the centre of Slingsby village, you are well placed to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Yorkshire. A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker is equipped for preparing delicious meals. A wall mounted television with Netflix is available. The sleeping area hosts a double bed with wall hanging for clothes, adjacent to which is a bright shower room with heated towel rail.

The Perch is a special place - in a peaceful village in the beautiful Derwent Valley, it is a 'one of a kind' cottage which has been designed with care to offer discerning guests a unique place to unwind and relax.
