Priced for 2 guests but can accomodate a maximum of 3 with a $50/night supplement for the extra guest. 2 min walk to a sandy beach; 5 min drive to town along the shoreline of Kootenay Lake; 25-30 min to the ski resort; or 30 min to Ainsworth Hotsprings. Blue Heron micro Beach House (A-Frame)

Relax in this charming and newly renovated micro suite with your own private beach. This 400 square-foot A-frame includes your own private beach for peace and tranquility. Location is off the main highway so easy to find and very accessible but does have some highway noise. Some accessibility issues with the stairs to the loft bedroom and the 200 meter walk down to your private beach. The path winds through a small cedar forest and over the creek bridge. A little bit of forest bathing.

A cozy and bright, completely off-grid Cottage in the Woods with wood stove, large open main level, & loft with queen bed. Facilities include outhouse, outdoor shower with instant hot water, outdoor kitchen with camp stove, BBQ & cooler, bring ice. Sauna is available for use (bring bathrobe). Cottage is completely private & separate from main house. Breakfast included M-F. Weekend breakfast, vegetarian dinner, & massage are available upon request, before arrival, at extra cost.
