Located between the cities of Molde and Kritiansund, it is a 20 minute drive to Kristiansund, 50 minutes to Molde AirPort. 3 minute drive to the local supermarket, and 40 minute drive to the amazing Atlantic Road. Huset har blitt restaurert med kjærlig hånd det siste året og har en solfylt uteplass til din disposisjon. Her er det kort reisevei på 10 min til både Kristiansund og kommunesenter. Spektakulære Atlanterhavsveien er kun 30 min reise unna. Lokalområdet har utallige turmuligheter for alle nivå.

A cabin located 10m from the sea and possibilities to rent a boat 5 minutes' walk away. (18ft with 40hk engine) The cabin has a big terrace where you can relax and use the grill. If it's chilly, the winter garden is a great place to dine. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwaser. Living area with TV. Bathroom with shower and a washroom with washing machine and dryer. Sleeping area on the 2nd floor (2 rooms and a loft)

Cosy rorbu with private parking, walking distance to city center, Kristiansund Stadium, Braatthallen, water park, ice rink Arena Nordvest, sports hall, shops, restaurants and much more. The kitchen has stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a washing machine, RiksTV, WiFi, coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt, dishwasher-soap and brush, sponge and towel and a small box of soap for washing machine.

The boat and our boathouse are located about 100m from the house.
