Located just down the street from Third Street Pier, a favorite South Sandpoint swimming hole, the space is also within easy walking distance of downtown. Stroll, or hop on one of the two provided bicycles, to nearby restaurants, bars and boutiques. Few places offer this level of character in such a central location, and all furnishings and appliances are brand new.

All five star reviews. Well over 100 and counting! Take the time to read them and then book your dream AIRBNB. So many of our guests tell us it’s a great value for such a high end space. A private location. The guesthouse is detached from our estate. You’ll never know we are in the far detached main home. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. Lots of wildlife. The deck is the perfect place to start and end your day. Your own private entrance. Perfect romantic getaway!
