Busy B Ranch is a 1,000+acre wildlife & leisure ranch, including a new drive-thru safari Busy B Ranch Wildlife Park. Our safari is 125+acres with 3 miles of roads & over 400 animals to enjoy. We offer log cabin rentals, that are tucked away on their own private 11 acre lake. Come spend a few days fishing, rocking on the front porch and relax in the woods of Northeast Texas. We recommend you build a campfire & roast marshmallows in the fresh evening air. We are located 6 miles north of Jefferson.

Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Your nightly stay includes the entire 2,500 square-foot loft, complete with 3 bell tents, sleeping up to 6 guests. Nutty’s Camp Jefferson is an indoor camping/glamping experience in the heart of historic downtown Jefferson. Nestled above a quaint little peanut butter store, it’s 3 bell tents sleep a total of 6. Decorated in a vintage camping theme, you’ll enjoy an atmosphere of camping with the comfort of the indoors, all within walking distance to great sites, shopping, & restaurants.

This cabin is semi-private and quiet for couples and friends, child friendly. Easily accessed from a state highway and only four miles from town. You will find a fun experience in the country. Stroll through the gardens or walk in the woods. Relax on the porch or by the fire pit. There is a charcoal grill, mini frig, microwave, and coffee pot, not a full kitchen. Arrangements can be made to enjoy a delicious farmhouse breakfast or steak dinner for two. (request at time of booking)

Little House @ Linden: Dogs Welcome! Smoke-Free!

The tiny cottage is completely private with a dog-themed decor. Up to two dogs accepted; sorry no cats. This is a tobacco-free property and due to host allergies it is unsuitable for tobacco or marijuana users. The Little House can accommodate one or two adults, but is not suitable for children. It’s also not suitable for those who aren’t accustomed to picking up after themselves and mindful of the care taken to preserve precious vintage things for the enjoyment of others.

Lakeside Cabin on Lake O' the Pines

If you are seeking a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset on the water, look no further than this new lakeside cabin on Lake O' the Pines. There is not a boat dock but around the corner is a boat ramp and of course you can fish from the shore. This shoreline is not the best for swimming it has several stumps but great for fishing. We do not have Wi-Fi but good cell phone service/hotspot. Restaurants and shopping 20 miles in the historical town of Jefferson.

You can take a dip in the pool to cool off or sit out on the deck and get some sun. Also enjoy the gazebo with a gas grill and sitting area.

Nettles Nest Country Inn

Nettles Nest is a rustic cabin nestled in the piney woods of northeast Texas in the small town of Redwater, just outside of Texarkana. It is located on a 5 acre lake. It's a great place to unplug. No Wifi. Fish (bring your own pole,etc.), swim, paddleboat, kayak, relax on the deck or under the pavilion. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families , and pets (2 maximum) No large groups. No parties.
