Plenty of public transport nearby including trains, tubes and buses. Lots of local shops, coffee shops, supermarkets and amenities close by. A quiet street with plenty of on street parking (permit will be provided).

The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.
