Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.

This Home has 4 Bedrooms including a King, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk Beds (2 full and 2 twin). This is the perfect house for a family getaway. There is a 75 inch smart TV in the living room and smart TV's in all of the bedrooms except the bunk bed. Here you can have a peaceful stay on the lake while also only being about 10 miles from Oaklawn Race Park in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
