The Old Coach House

THE OLD COACH is an 1845 coach house to the manor across the road. It has since been sensitively and meticulously transformed into the bijou stone town house with quality fittings and furnishings. Modern fully fitted kitchen diner and separate lounge. Free Wifi. Owners, Gill and Greg Harker live on site. Car parking for two cars. Stretton is 7 miles from Rutland Water, 8 miles from Oakham and 9 miles from Stamford and Burghley. Next door is the Jackson Stops Inn, which unfortunately has closed recently.

Lower Farm View is beautifully converted with outstanding views, it's situated in the Rutland Village of Empingham and is only a short walk from Rutland Water's North Shore. Only 6 miles from the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford and 6/7 miles from the picturesque towns of Uppingham and Oakham. The village itself has a hairdresser, doctor's surgery, pub and shop. The local area has lots of pubs, cafes and shops. A perfect place to be able to enjoy and explore the county of Rutland.

Situated in the open countryside, just 15 minutes from Stamford and five minutes from Market Deeping, our beautiful ground floor converted barn has all the facilities to make it home from home. Come and relax in our rural farmland retreat. With a king size bed and space for a cot in the bedroom and/or use of the sofa as a bed (Living Room) for one person, The Stables is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring South Lincolnshire and beyond. Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.
