The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas

"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

A lovely renovated old apple store in Kent. Featuring a pretty double bedroom and mezzanine floor with futon. Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free.

Lovely light 1st floor studio flat. Totally self contained with off road parking. Very comfortable king size bed, large living space, kitchen (with fridge & cooker, kettle, toaster), shower/loo and TV. About 500m from both Pooh Bridge as well as an excellent pub. Tea, coffee etc plus welcome pack of cereals, bread, milk and butter will be awaiting your arrival. Use of garden area. Friendly host with equally friendly spaniel.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
