Dunlap is a dammed portion of the most beautiful river in Texas, the Guadalupe River. With 2 living rooms and enough beds to comfortably sleep 14-people, our lake house is great for families and friend groups. The Dude's House is 7-minutes to downtown New Braunfels and about 15-minutes to Gruene.

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront.
