You are within walking distance to downtown to access everything including restaurants and shopping! The house itself is older but cozy and welcoming. Please be advised that the basement and yard will be under renovation sometime in the future but would not impact your stay.

Medicine Hat - Cozy lower unit

This is a great value no frills, very cozy yet spacious apartment.It faces south so gets great light in the daytime. It is close to shopping and grocery stores and other amenities. The friendly resident manager is very helpful should you need anything through out your stay. We have just installed new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a new queen size bed in the master bedroom. Come stay in this comfy pet friendly unit.

Private entrance and locked gate. It is located on a corner so there is lots of free street parking, as well as one free parking space on the property. Two full levels of comforting space for you to enjoy.

The home is close to a grocery store, corner store, bus stop, a huge park with many hiking trails, tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, baseball diamond for public use and Athletic Park which is located on the South Saskatchewan River and is home to the Medicine Hat Mavericks of the Western Canadian Baseball League.
