One side is a long term rental and the other is available here for short term rentals. The sides are completely independent with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms each, a full kitchen with microwave, oven, and fridge. Complex is oceanfront, our unit is on west part of the complex (not direct oceanfront) with ocean 60 steps from our back door.
