A warm, pine honeymoon cabin surrounded by pastoral Ozark countryside. The Meramec River flows through this seventh generation family farm. Cozy interior includes a kitchenette, dining area, and double bed on main level. All your cooking intensils are provided with coffee, tea, and paper products. DVDs and books available await you up the spiral staircase in the loft. Full bed on main level and two singles bed upstairs. Expansive view from your front porch of the highest bluffs on the Meramec.

We want you to feel relaxed and at home as you enjoy the equine activities as well as the cozy log cabin and all its features and amenities! Enjoy views of the lush property and relax as you watch the horses graze and roam. We offer customized horsemanship opportunities that accommodate each person's level of comfort and ability. Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

For Old Times Sake Log Cabin on the Meramec

Our authentic log cabin was built in the early 1930's and has been newly restored. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, antique dresser, and a fireplace. The bunkroom has one full bed, one twin bed, and a set of bunk beds. The back porch dining hall seats 12 people and has plenty of room for games and activities (we have several to choose from). There is a TV, cable, and VCR/DVD player (we have some movies too), but no internet...PERFECT! The kitchen is stocked too!

The cabin inside has a very minimalistic design featuring on the first floor an electric fireplace, air conditioner, table, refrigerator, leather futon couch, kitchenette with a hand crank water pump sink, axe throwing and porta-potty bathroom.

This primitive cabin is a great way to connect with nature, while still being able to retreat indoors at night. Unique space - the loft has a skylight; primitive - has electricity but no running water. You will have amazing lake views and will be close to hiking trails, horseback riding, and wine tasting at Edg Clif Wineries which is next door to us. The newly remodeled shower house has restrooms and hot showers and it is within walking distance.

Rock House Retreat

Unplug and enjoy a slower pace of life at this picturesque rock cottage. The 1920’s former hunting lodge was built from stone sourced from the property, and is as charming as ever. Enjoy an early morning stroll on one of the many hiking trails, or just relax on the porch while sipping coffee. There are many great hiking opportunities within a short drive, however, once you get settled in you may not find a reason to leave.
